Students will be eligible for employment by staying drug free and maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher. If Student 1 works 10 hours they are eligible for 75% pay-out, if they work 5 hours then they are eligible for a 50% pay-out. Below 5 hours they are not eligible for recruiting pay.

The plan allows for all students to work their way up as new students become eligible to work they become recruiting candidates.
