If Student 1 works 10 hours they are eligible for 75% pay-out, if they work 5 hours then they are eligible for a 50% pay-out. Below 5 hours they are not eligible for recruiting pay.

The 5-Level Recruiting Incentive Plan. The plan rewards students who stay with the agency. The plan allows for all students to work their way up as new students become eligible to work they become recruiting candidates. Those students who eventually graduate the Part-Time work force to join the Full-Time work force create an upward movement for new students to be receiving top compensation. This is an exciting concept to help students earn a substantial income to enable them to pay for school as well as provide savings which they can use to help them set up their own home and become financially independent.
