24 Teachers’ comments… 2 nd level training for all teachers Continuous training (better assimilation, keep in touch with cutting-edge technology) ICT infrastructure in every classroom for better ICT integration Insufficient ICT infrastructure Teacher training in EU project management

25 Combined results… Most teachers in EM-Th and Trabzon acknowledge the contribution of ICTs and PBL in teaching and learning The Internet is the most frequently used tool Fewer teachers in EM-Th and Trabzon use Web2.0 tools compared to other ICT tools In schools with interactive boards, more than half teachers both in EM-Th and Trabzon use them The schools’ ICT lab is not very often used both in EM-Th and in Trabzon PBL seems to be more frequently used in EM-Th In both regions few teachers engage families & local communities in school projects In both regions there is an urgent need for training in project management

26 Suggestions Teacher training in Web2.0 tools and their use for educational purposes Continuous training in ICTs (better acquisition of knowledge) Provision of up-to-date ICT infrastructure to schools Training in various PBL methods Seminars on EU project management and specifically in the Erasmus+ programme
