5.  Tue am – Wed Midday P.E.T.S (Presidents- Elect Training Seminars  Wed pm – District Assembly (Membership)  Thu am – District Assembly (Foundation)  Thurs pm – Free time until…  Thu early evening – Conference Grand Opening  Fri – Conference Plenary and Breakouts  Sat – Conference Annual Business Meeting

6.  You can attend as many sessions as you wish but please note that PETS breakout seminars may be space-limited (All day Tuesday and morning of Wednesday)  All other Assembly and Conference sessions are open to all  Typically the day will start with a Plenary followed by breakouts on various topics from which you may select

7.  Hospitality Lounge – Open all hours after daily sessions (Wednesday onwards)  Home Hospitality – You will be hosted by local Rotarians in their homes (it is nice to take a small gift for your hosts – perhaps something typical of your local area)  Government House Reception – hosted by the Governor General of the Cayman Islands  Governor’s Banquet – Dinner and dancing, this is the grand finale of the conference and takes place on Saturday evening.

8.  Who’s Who in the District – you will meet 7020 Rotarians and District leaders as well as guest Rotarians, Zone Representatives and RI leaders.  Discussion on all aspects of Rotary in which you can take an active part  You will have some time to explore the local scene  IT WILL BE AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL WANT TO REPEAT EACH YEAR!
