Eleanor Roosevelt Eleanor Roosevelt was born on October 11, 1884. She lived in a nice little home in New York,Hyde Park.

Hard Times Eleanor married her distance cousin,Franklin D. Roosevelt. While the Roosevelts were on a vacation,Eleanor's husband got a sickness that kept him from walking. That was a very hard time for Eleanor.

Moving One day Eleanor's grandmother asked her if she would move from Hyde Park,New York to New York City. Eleanor said'' Yes''.

Meeting New people When Eleanor moved to New York City she met lots and lots of new people who needed her help. She helped them.

Shyness Eleanor Roosevelt had to overcome her shyness.And you know what she grew up to be the bravest person in the world.

Living Up Eleanor was a very important lady and her work pays off!
