A teamwork has been mentioned more frequently in the field of government since it has been comprised as the main 5 th capacity determined by Office of the Public Sector Development Commission for measuring the behavior of expressing the intension in the cooperation and participation within the government office or department.This is also include the potential in creating the harmony and maintain the proper relationship between a team member (Naritcha Phuklip, 2012). The creation or the development of teamwork is the creation of work atmosphere or culture in the aspect of team that shall lead to the better result in work successful. This can be done by improving the target group to know how to work in team and the benefit they will receive from the cooperation (Office of the Public Sector Development Commission, 2012). Many of educational institutes proceed a campus-style of educational management which are the educational instate established with a purpose of educational management that might be consisted of a library, dormitory and various styles of building, similar to a university. In Thailand, a campus refers to the office under the control of college educational institute or any other institutes that their area is separate from its original affiliation and provide the learning of management authorized by the original affiliation. Some institutes might use the other word for the campus such as the learning center (Wikipedia, 2014). Research Background 4

Virtual Team is a new approach that is different from the teamwork of traditional management and organizer that will be able to work together regardless the different locations and organizations by using technology to facilitate communication and collaboration, rather than confrontation or traveling (Duarte, D. & Snyder, 2001; Gatlin- Watts, et. al, 2007). Virtual Team consists of two people or more to work together interactively interact to achieve a common goal while at least one member of the team is working in different locations, organizations or time (Hertel et.al, 2005). Research Background 6

As a result, the use of Virtual Team can be deemed as one of the proper alternatives that will allow the education instate with the campus-style educational management to do a teamwork though the information and communication technology. In order to enhance the effectiveness of Virtual Team, Cloud Computing is therefore required. Research Background 7

Cloud Computing is a form of computer processing with the ability to adjust the size and flexibility. A service using internet technologies applications available everywhere to facilitate the needs of the user for sharing resources through network, server storage units, and various applications (Gartner, 2014; Mell & Grance, 2011). The service provided by Cloud Computing can be divided into 3 pattern as follows (Huth & Cebula, 2011) : 1) Software as a Service (SaaS) 2) Platform as a Service (PaaS) 3) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) By the time Software as s Service are applied as the background of the teamwork in the aspect of Virtual Team, the effectiveness shall be enhanced. As mentioned above in term of the importance of teamwork, the researcher therefore presents the System Analysis of Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology to the educational institutes with a campus-style of educational administration and management with a purpose to enable the effectiveness of the participation as a team work and to promote the use of information and communication technology. Population and Sampling Group The population of the study is the experts in the field of virtual team and information and communication technology. The sample groups are five experts in the field of virtual team and information and communication technology by purposive sampling. Research Scope 13

Research Variables Independent variable is Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology. Dependent variable is the components’ suitability of Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology. Research Scope 14

Phase 1 : the analysis of Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology are performed as the following steps. 1. Study, analyze and synthesis of documentation and related research to set up a framework of component analysis. 2. Analyze the component of the system of education and research documents. 3. Present the system components resulted from the analysis and improvement advisors to consider the suggestion. Research Methodology 15

Phase2) the assessment of the components’ suitability of Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology is conducted as the following steps: 1. Create a tool for assessing the suitability of the system components. 2. Present the elements of the system analyzed by 5 experts to determine and evaluate the suitability. 3. Improve the system components according to the experts’ suggestion. 4. Present the analyzed components of the system in a format of conventional illustration essay. 5. Analyze the result of component of the system’s suitability by an average point and standard deviation (SD), which is a criterion to determine the weight of evaluation is a 5 level (Likert Scale). Research Results The research result was divided into 2 section as follows. Section 1) the components of the Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology. Section 2) the result of the evaluation of the component of the Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology. The evaluation is conducted through the measurement of the component by 5 experts in terms of the suitability. 17

The component of the Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology derived from the analysis of 3 systems of service providing can be described as follows: 1) The cloud collaboration system 2) The cloud communication system and 3) The cloud workflow system. The assessment result of the suitability of the component of the Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology from 5 experts reveals that the suitability average level is at highest level. This shown that the component of the system derived from the analysis can be improved as the Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology for a real usage. Discussion 21

The educational institute with a campus-style management that attempts to deploy Virtual Team Collaboration Management System based on Cloud Technology with a purpose to develop such system as an application in the educational institute or university should be prepared in the following aspects: 1) Computer: there must be a computer for the operating system to support the system user’s service promptly. 2) Network: There must be a stable internal network and hi-speed internet connection to support both internal and external system service. 3) Personnel: There must be a personnel who responsible for the system maintenance with a proper knowledge of the system performance. 4) The support technology: there must be the technology that can support the teamwork from everywhere upon the user’s requirement through the network access and resource sharing.
