UNIVERSITY OF JYVÄSKYLÄ 2006 Research Focus of Economic Renewable Energy Research Current important changes taking place in the energy sector require new innovative business solutions for energy companies. These changes in energy sector, especially emission trading and energy taxation, have also significant impact on competitiveness of other business sectors. Our energy related research focuses on: New business models based on renewable energy sources, and Competitiveness impacts of the changing energy sector.
