UNESCO Digiarts now has several proposals from within the arab world to host masterclasses; Start somewhere Segment the customers: educators, creators, researchers, Problem of Sustainability: Institutional Frameworks, art/technology poses specific problems of mismatch of institutional structures and rapidly developing inter-disciplinary practice –Master Class topics should opportunistically respond to identified real needs. Not duplication existing on line instruction. Need to work in “ on line” collaboration; Technology needs may drive selection of host organisations.
