Home Support Program (HSP) To replace HACC, NRCP,DTC and ACHA from 1 July 2015 6% annual growth for HACC each year, and all elements of HSP from July 2015 No change to most HACC services until 2015. HCP/CDC advisory group- Phase 1 Prior to 31 August 2012-first meeting 15 August Development of key design elements of the HCP and CDC to establish the required legal framework and to provide sufficient information for providers seeking to apply for packages in the Aged Care Approvals Round Living Longer.
