DeliverablesDescription Allow Managers and End Users to Automate Email Messages via Outlook These users can formulate new email messages or choose from existing templates. Allow Managers and End Users to Generate Outlook Appointments These users can generate new appointments that save on their calendar and are sent to other users or clients. Managers and End Users Can Generate Reports based on Client or Process Data Reports will be based upon data collected by the users and stored in the database Managers and End Users Can Send and View Notifications from Other Users Notifications that are within an employee’s access can be viewed within the application Administrators Can Add and Manage Users in the application Users with Admin rights can create or modify users, including username, password or user roles. Managers and End Users Can View Their Calendar of Events in a Dashboard A dashboard view will display a user’s current and upcoming calendar of events collected from Outlook. Management Users May Allocate Resources to Projects Management users will be able to assign projects to an end user based upon the employee’s work load.
