AerobicsAerobics The aerobics is a form of Swedish gymnastics with musical accompaniment consisting of a series of exercises that facilitate oxygenation of the lungs and the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. It is a physical activity that is done in groups, consisting of stretching exercises with rope and others following the rhythm of music.

AUTO RACING It’s a sport which is practised with cars. The aim is to complete a tour as fast as you can. The most famous competition in Spain is Formula 1. Although, safety is improving, it is considered a dangerous sport.

It’s an adventure sport. It’s practised in the cliffs of a river. The aim is to overcome the different obstacles you find. Although it can be practised individually, it’s normally practised in groups for safety reasons.

Number of players : 2 or more people. Material : 6 or 9 bitlles and the ball ( bitlla ) Put the bitlles in a triangle. Throwing the ball (bitlla), you have to make the bitlles fall down.

Btt Btt is the sport of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain using specially designed btt. Btt shares similiarites with others bikes,but it includes features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain. Btt can generally be divided into multiple categories: cross counrty (XC), trail riding, all mountain, downhill, feeride, slopestyle, dirt jumping, and trials. The vast majority of btt falls into the recreational XC,Trail Riding and Enduro categories.

HUNTING It’s an activity in which the aim is to capture an animal. In Spain, hunting is divided into different modalities: game hunting and small game hunting.

This game is a logic game that can be practised in everywere. To play this game you need: A board with 32 squares black and other 32 white. You also need chips (8 pawns, 2 horses, 2 bishops, 2 rooks, a king and a queen), and, if you want to do a competition, take a clock to see who moves faster.

Fishing Fishing is a sport which is practised on beaches or rivers. It consists on throwing a fishing rod with a bait and wait until the fish bites the bait. Once the fish is catched, you have to remove it from the water carefully.

MOTORCYCLING You need a motorbike and a track to run. To protect yourself you need a helmet and a suit. You have to turn a circuit.

The wakeboard can be done with a small boat or a kind of. Material: a board, bindings, boots, helmet, and a boat or wake boarding park. The wake boarding takes practice and a board!

Material: a rope to jump. Three or more people. How to play: have two ways to play: one alone and another with your friends. When you play alone you play like that: take the rope and begin to jump How to play with your friends: two boys or girls take the rope lace and begin to wind and you go to the middle and jump.

HIKING Hiking is the term for a long, vigorous walk in the countryside, often on hiking trails. Equipment: - Water. - Food. - A map. - Rain-proof gear. - Hiking boots. - Compass. - Sunglasses. - Sunscreen. - Flashlight. - First aid kit. - Fire starter. - Knife. - GPS navigation device.

GOLF Golf is a precision sport in which the aim is to introduce a ball in the different field holes hitting the ball as few times as possible. It’s practised outdoors.

KITESURFING KITESURFING consists of sliding the board over the water taking advantage of the strength that the wind makes on a kite. The kite must be long. Depeding on the wind’s intensity, you should choose a size or another of kite.
