4. Mesa Lab Trails and Wildlife UCAR hosts the parking for the Mesa Trail head Many visitors come for hiking, bringing families and pets. Dogs must be on leash at all times. We work closely with Mountain Parks and Open Space on trail safety. Deer Traffic hazards No petting – they are wild! Other wild life Coyote, Mountain lions Bear, Snakes
