Teachers and StudentsAssessment Coordinator Teacher reads Test Directions to students Teacher selects section of test and clicks Students click until test question appears Provide Teacher with TAM (Test Administration Manual) in advance of test ◦ Print electronic version from online site.

TeacherAssessment Coordinator Notes student name Informs student their test will be flagged Adds appropriate comment when session ends Informs A.E.C. Passes name and comment along to school principal Adds note to student folder that test score is not an accurate reflection of the student’s ability

TeacherAssessment Coordinator If the student is new to the district, Research and Assessment will automatically create a user account for the test If transferring classes, teacher informs A.E.C. Be aware of SWD or LEP accommodations needed Informs district which then moves the student to correct reporting group

TeacherAssessment Coordinator Proctor computer: ◦ Clicks on Test Selection ◦ Selects all sections ◦ Clicks Go ◦ second test code For Make-Up Testing: ◦ Clicks on Test Selection ◦ Selects desired Test ◦ Starts all missed section of the test ◦ Informs student of test code Repeat for each test missed

TeacherAssessment Coordinator Logs on as student and transcribes their responses into the computer test. Ordered in advance of testing window Provide a second adult as the teacher transcribes the answers into the computer.
