Read to the nearest .1 (tenth)
Example: 25.3mL (the units from a graduated cylinder is milliliters)
This is measuring VOLUME

Balance:
You will read to the nearest .1 (tenth).
You will add up all three arms of measurement to get total mass.
Example 132.4g (grams)
This is measuring MASS.
