Blaming God for our sin (Genesis 3:12) The man [Adam] said [to God)], "The woman you put here with me--she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it. (Job 2:9-10) His (Job’s) wife said to him, “…Curse God and die!" {10} He replied, “… Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?" (Job 1:21-22) In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.

From Desire to Death - 3 generations
Desire – We are tempted by our evil desires (James 1:14). Sin – Our desires, if not resisted, conceive and give birth to sin (James 1:15a). Death – Sin, once committed, grows into more consequences – which frequently include death (James 1:15b).

From Desire to Sin EVE (Genesis 3:6) When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. ACHAN (Joshua 7:21) When I saw in the plunder a beautiful robe from Babylonia, two hundred shekels of silver and a wedge of gold weighing fifty shekels, I coveted them and took them." ISRAEL (Deuteronomy 29:17-18) You saw among them their detestable images …. {18} Make sure there is no man or woman…whose heart turns away from the LORD our God…make sure there is no root among you that produces such bitter poison.

How to get what you desire. Desire God!
(Psalms 37:4) Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalms 73:25) Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you [God] (Psalms 16:11) You have made known to me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy.
