Election 2010 Who conducts elections in the United States? All federal, state, and county elections are conducted by the county. Also certain municipal and school district elections can be contracted to be conducted by the county.

Election 2010 Where and when do you vote? Counties are divided into precincts. Each precinct has a number like 4044 or 4454. Three Ways To Vote: 1. On election day, vote in person at your precinct polling place. Could be a school like Wayside or a fire station or church. Look up your precinct on the Tarrant County Website to find your location. To see a list of polling places click here.here 2. Early in person voting – any registered voter, two weeks before election day. Oct. 18 – 29, 2010. Special locations. 3. Voting by mail– if out of town, ill or disabled.

Election 2010 You are eligible to vote if: 1.You are a United States citizen; 2.You are legally registered to vote in Texas; 3.You are at least 18 years old on Election Day; 4.You are not a convicted felon (you may be eligible to vote if you have completed your sentence, probation, and parole); and 5.You have not been declared by a court to be either totally mentally incapacitated or partially mentally incapacitated without the right to vote.
