7. 1170(h) Sentences

8.  64 1170(h) sentences  The average custody time ordered was 593 days  The average mandatory supervision term is 308 days  42% 1170(h) cases have been split sentences  58 are currently in custody

9. Jail Data Population Snapshot  Current Jail population:  258 are Pending Court hearings  132 Sentenced  36 Holds  ADP of Parole Violators is increasing  8 people currently on Electronic Monitoring  No large change in proportion of booking authority

10. Pre-Trial Programming  Gathering and presenting information about newly arrested defendants for use by a judicial officer  Supervising defendants who are released from custody  ensure they appear for scheduled court appearances  do not endanger community safety.

11. Pre-Trial Programming 132 people are currently on Supervised OR Over the course of the program, 600 people have been supervised 89 on GPS 47 on SCRAM 94% Success Rate
