9 Accommodation & Hospitality Services Comfortable bed, cleanliness, new design of the block lends itself perfectly to student accommodation during term, basic b & b inbetween. Feed back from our guests With the understanding that I was staying in utilitarian student residences with shared bathrooms, this stay completely lived up to my expectations. The place was clean & well- organized. Everyone on the staff we talked to & interacted with was friendly, helpful & generally just most excellent. The room was clean, good location, nice furniture and welcoming. Very helpful staff. Location good. Comfortable rooms. Room was small but very clean and quite comfortable. Nice location a bit outside the city. Fantastic value! Would stay there again. Booking,com 9 All staff encountered, friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere and facilities with friendly helpful staff on duty Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and pleasant.

24 Accommodation & Hospitality Services 24 Quads Students who have been allocated rooms which will not be ready on time have been offered temporary alternative campus accommodation. They will receive financial credit via their library cards in compensation for the inconvenience. 110 people emailed 39 in John Wood 24 in the Woodlands 48 in Woodland Court 29 not ready Lime Tree The Lime Tree, capable of seating up to 350 people and open to the whole University. The flexible space will offer a café, bar, pizza and pasta eatery and fresh food delicatessen.

25 Accommodation & Hospitality Services 25 New Developments 4 East South will create research and teaching space for the Faculty of Engineering & Design, as well as house a new Computing Services Data Centre 10 West will provide space to co-locate the Department of Psychology Centre for the Arts that will provide the University and surrounding region with an exciting new arts venue.

26 Accommodation & Hospitality Services 26 New Developments Bath Police Station in Manvers Street in the city centre. The University is currently considering all options for its use both in the short and the long-term, and will be evaluating how best it can be used to support our wide range of teaching and research-related activities in discussion with the University community. Part of the building will continue to be occupied by its former owners for an agreed period of time whilst arrangements are finalised for the relocation of staff and services elsewhere within the city. Canal Wharf Refurbishment Canal Wharf is located on the bank of the Kennet & Avon Canal, opposite Clevelands Building. There are 21 study bedrooms - single rooms, studio flats and accommodation suitable for couples without children.
