3. 3 Storm Water Utility A Storm Water Utility charges parcels based on their relative storm water runoff, including parcels exempt from property taxes

4. 4 Parcels are billed for storm water service in a manner similar to billing for water and sewer usage. This is more equitable than funding through property taxes.

10. 10 Storm Water Education Storm Water User Fee Credit Available to elementary, middle and high school (public and private): 25% Can be combined with a storm water quantity credit Maximum total credit is 50%
