I have been lifting for 8 years and I was taught by my high school football coach. From there I went on to college after learning from him for my 4 years in high school and did my own research through professional blogs, websites, videos, magazines, and a lot more. I started building my own workout plan with the goal of gaining muscle and strength.

I went into college weighting 155 pounds and benching 225, squatting 295 and came out of my first year weighing 175 and benching 275, squatting 330. I currently am a senior in college weighting 185 and benching 315, and squatting over 400. I am currently getting my personal training certification through NASM.
