Healthy food Eating healthy is very important because otherwise you wouldn't be able to talk, move or even breath. Having the correct amount of food groups is safe but remember not to eat too much sugar and fat because it can cause health problems.

What is a balanced diet? A balanced diet is having the correct amount of each Food group such as carbohydrates. Carbohydrates such as bread and eggs give you a slow boost of energy For the day. Dairy makes strong bones and teeth. You could have milk cheese or rice for your dairy products. Protein is good because it produces stronger muscles. You mite have chicken, fish or corn for protein. You need lots of fruit and veg because it has nutrients And energy.

A Typical Breakfast A typical food diet could be; breakfast, Weetabix,shreddies or porridge,they contain some carbohydrates which give a slow boost of energy For the day. Snack; you could have an apple or an orange because they are 2 of your 7 a day.
