Location Tropical man made Island in the Atlantic off of Brazil Because it is located on the equator it has steady warm weather all year around Average temperatures year round is 83° F as the high and 75° F as the low The size of the island is 4 square miles The rainfall is very high, usually 3,000 mm a year, so we have diverse fruits and vegetables

4. Beliefs We believe in Pacifism which means no fighting or violence Peace and harmony The wellbeing of all plants and animals We worship nature and try to preserve the environment Vegetarian because eating animals is wrong

5. Eco beliefs Keep pollution to bare minimum by not using fossil fuels and using renewable resources such as solar, wind, and water We don’t have a need for cars We have no trash dump because all of our handmade products are biodegradable and recyclable We respect wild life and do not harm it

6. Technology We have phones and computers to keep us modern however we have special censorship to prevent outside communication Because of our small size there is no need for TV or media entertainment to spread news We have highly advanced tools to help with everyday activities such as farming, cooking, and making products

7. Daily Schedule 8 a.m.- Wake up time 10 a.m- report to job (farm, cook, cleaning, trading, artisans, censoring, etc.) 1 p.m.- break/lunch time 2 p.m.- report back to work 5 p.m.- return home and do as you please 10 p.m.- everyone in room/ bedtime* * Energy of town will be turned off at 10 to save environment and reduce waste

8. Requirements Speak English fluently Ages 20- 45 Any race Perfect Health Education/know how to read and write Agree with our beliefs Hardworking Ability to get along with everyone Special skill in all jobs including farming, cooking, cleaning, trading, censoring, and craft

9. Rules 1. No damaging any of the surroundings including plant, buildings, and animals 2. No committing and crimes or hurting someone in any way 3. No leaving the island (unless advised) 4. No contacting outside world 5. No kids/ marriages 6. Have to work everyday and report on time 7. Keep Utopia clean and presentable 8. VEGETARIAN

Other Information Population 150 People live in own room in apartment complex in which they take care of themselves No currency everything is traded on the island No need to bring any supplies we have everything hand made on the island The types of foods grown are papaya, pomegranate, mango, kiwi, melons, star fruit, pineapple, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumber, mustard greens, eggplant, chilies, and beans To grow all varieties of food we have special climate controlled domes
