28. USAGI: AS A RAINMAKER In Taiwan, the storm system dumped more than 20 cm (8 inches) of rain along the eastern and southern coasts in a 13-hour period, causing officials to warn that a total rainfall of 100 cm (40) inches could happen before the storm leaves the region on Sunday.
