The pilot involves Order Fulfillment and Multi-layered marketing solution for the client A global diversified manufacturing group chose Infosys for implementation and roll out of a package solution. The final contenders included Infosys and a Global Software Vendor’s Consulting arm Engaged by a Clinical Research company to map business processes and develop a custom application based on.NET platform. The application will enable Lab Management for the client’s Drug Development group. Apart from Infosys, the vendors considered included a global IT behemoth Infosys partnered with a semiconductor company, subsidiary of a global electronics giant. The engagement involved integration of clients application and provisioning global support. A well known Packaged Solution Consulting firm was the incumbent vendor, replaced by Infosys Infosys Enterprise Solutions : Some Key Wins
