Using Voice Over in Powerpoint A Quick Cheat Sheet!

Once in your powerpoint… Click Slide Show from the top menu

Click “Record Narration” in the drop-down menu

Make sure your settings match the image here: - built in input - internal microphone Then, click record when you are ready to begin.

After your last recorded slide, you will receive a prompt like this. If you like the pacing of your recording, click YES. If you want to decide the timings of each slide on your own, click NO.

Clicking YES on this final prompt will take you right to slide sorter view where you can see all of your slides at once. There, you can also edit the timings of each slide for a final product.
