Get ready for the session 1.Configure your audio options using the Audio Setup wizard 2.Check/update your Profile (via your name in the in the Participants Panel) PC: Right click on your name Mac: Control click on your name 3.Send a message in the Chat – click in the textbox in the Chat window, type your message then hit enter or return

2. Sound check Can you hear me? Give me a green tick if you can hear my voice – go the Participants Panel and select Yes from the polling options

3. Asking questions Please “raise your hand” if you have a question or a concern – you can go to the Participants Panel and click the Raise hand icon – a number will appear next your raised hand indicating your place in the queue

4. Two ways to communicate Via Chat Via Audio – must have a microphone connected and turned on, and have run Audio Setup wizard – Click and hold Talk and speak into your microphone
