SCORRANO The celebration for Santa Domenica is devoted to the saint’s patron of the town of Scorrano and it traditionally takes place from the 5th to the 7th july. Scorrano and Santa Domenica’s feast have become famous all over the world for its spectacular illuminations

OTRANTO Located on the Adriatic coast of Salento, Otranto is the most Eastern town in Italy. Otranto Cape, also called Punta Palascia, at the South of the town, is the extreme Eastern geographic point of the italian peninsula. First a Greek and Roman colony, then conquered by the Byzantine Empire, the town develops around its imposing Castle and Norman Cathedral. In 2010 its ancient centre has been awarded the title of UNESCO Cultural Patrimony.
