Verbal inspiration Verbal means “by means of words or word for word” The very words of the Bible were breathed out of the mouth of God God gave the exact words of scripture: 2 Sam. 23:2; I Cor. 2:13; Acts 1:16; 2 Tim. 3:16

Jot or Tittle Matt. 5:18 “Verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.” At jot is the smallest letter in the Hebrew alphabet and a “tittle” is the small appendage that differentiates between two similar looking letters in the alphabet.

Hebrew Hebrew was the language of the Old Testament It is one of the earth’s oldest living languages. Still spoken today. Hebrew is a Semitic language, a language of the descendants of Noah’s son Shem The Semites invented the alphabet and made writing possible.
