IdentiTrip - Selecting the button will cause the following screen to be displayed. The class details have been imported from IdentiTrip V1.0 or have been imported as part of the new IdentiTrip 2006 installation. Class functions available: Add New, Edit and Delete.

Member - Selecting the button will cause the following screen to be displayed. The members screen provides a facility to add, edit and delete pupil details within their individual class groups. It also provides a facility to view the whole “School Roll” enabling pupil classes to be identified by pupil name. The member screen is used to “Photograph” and register the “Finger Scan” of pupils. It also enables pupils to be moved from class to class. Selecting the “Details” provides access to bank Direct Debit information and pupil specific data.

Trip - Selecting the button will cause the following screen to be displayed. The “Trip” button enables new school trips to be set up and priced prior to advertising the event. From this screen the Trip / Event can be “Viewed / Edited”, pupils / members can be allocated to a Trip / events, “Expenditure” can be determined and “Cost Reconciliation” can be viewed.

Account - Selecting the button enables payments to be made by pupils / members for Trips / Events they have elected to go on. The “Acc” screen is the default screen and automatically appears after “Log In” has been successful or when a pupil / member place their registered finger on the scanner. The “Acc” screen enables Trips / Events to be viewed by School Group or Trip Group and provides current information on Trip / Event balance, transaction history and number of places available.

Direct Debit - The button enables a file to be generated which is used by secure banking software to initiate direct debits transfers from the clients account to the schools account. This screen provides facilities to generate the file and reconcile the pupils account after payment has been received at the school account. Selecting the DD button will cause the following screen to be displayed.

Reports - Selecting the button provides access to three types of reports. The default screen is “Trip Expenditure” which produces expenditure reports on a Trip by Trip basis. When setting up a Trip / Event the Trip Expenditure should be entered first for each purchase so that the overall cost can be calculated. Additional Trip / Event purchases can be added at any time. Selecting the “Member Transaction” and Member Balances buttons produces specific reports depending on calendar selection and report type. i.e. member, trip, all trips, archived trips.

System - The button provides access to configuration information required during installation Of IdentiTrip 2006.and does not require access by the user.

Shop - The shop module (if enabled) provides access via the buttons to the shop facility. The shop facility complements the trip management software enabling individual items to be purchased whilst keeping track of sales and stock control. Any category of items can be added to the shop.
