What are the stated goals of my program(s)? How do I measure the achievement of those goals? How can we be sure we are all measuring in the same way? Could I prove (with data) in an audit that students in my program(s) can do _____ ?

Should the content of a course be the same regardless of campus or section of the course within a campus? Should the rigor of the course be universal? Should the expectation for student achievement be the same? Should the measurement of that student achievement be the same?
