2  Pasay has considerable movement of migrants into the city's low-income areas  The average Pasay household is 7 persons per household. The city has a total of 73,846 households.  Pasay is considered as one of the child trafficking hot spots having the highest number of bars and prostitution dens employing victims of trafficking.  There are still grade 5-6 students who are non- readers as per teachers’ assessment  Due to poverty, it is normal to see 3 or more families living under one roof  Pasay is awarded as a Child Friendly City
