2 Benefits of PDHPE Children learn life long skills
PDHPE develops the knowledge, skills and attitudes to lead a healthy life. They learn skills to play individual and team sports and the values of sportsmanship and teamwork They learn while having fun!!

3 What skills? Personal development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) gives students the opportunity to learn and develop skills such as: Problem solving Communicating Interacting Decision making Moving

4 How can these skills be learnt?
These skills are developed through such things as: Physical activity Drug and alcohol education Sexual health Nutrition Relationships Personal safety Gender roles Bully and discrimination

5 PDHPE are essential skills for life
The most important reason for PDHPE is children develop skills that provide for future success in all aspects of their lives.
