Action Requested Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the North of Albert’s Planned Development (PD) / Westside Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) dated “Received July 10, 2015”, subject to the conditions listed under the DRC Recommendation in the Staff Report, with the following modification to Condition #16 as recommended by DRC: District 1 District 1
