Orphan barcodes ◦ Barcodes accessioned at ReCAP and no record in Voyager 3,695 barcodes were identified with customer code EV Obsolete customer code used for vernacular languages Sarah Elman and Zack Lane created documentation and workflow in Fall 2010 Approx. 3,000 now resolved thanks to GA staff at Butler and contributions of EA staff ReCAP Columbia University

De-accession of DVDs ◦ Return high-use and at-risk titles to campus ◦ Videos will be shelved in Butler Media Center and be non-circulating ◦ CLIO location off,bmc will be used to limit delivery only to Milstein Reserves (BMC) Action plan created and discussed in May 2011 Minimal staff training expected for BMC Ensures access to viewing equipment ReCAP Columbia University
