Slide 6 of 64 PROBLEM & ACTION Electric shock Don't touch the casualty – you too, will get a shock. Switch off the current at the socket and remove the plug. If this isn't possible, turn off at the main switch. Summon help immediately.

Slide 7 of 64 Infestation Infestations are caused by animal parasites living on the body. Common examples include head lice (pediculosis capitis) and scabies (caused by the itch-mite). If you suspect an infectious or contagious condition, you must report it to your manager or supervisor.
