8. How to Use the Main Functions? Status of your training records (internal/external) Review/Print out your own certificate copy if applicable. Related courses assigned by your Dept. administrator. Various filters to search for specific available course. Available courses by departments/divisions. Overview of your available courses for specific month/year. Courses in progress. Not activated. Click Learning Center for these main functions.

9. How to search for courses? Available courses by departments/divisions. To search a course, please click Catalog Browser.

10. Select the Course You will see different courses listed under the catalog, select the course which you want to enroll.

11. Request Your Enrolment Send your request to training team via email. Or request online (at least 14 working days before the end of course availability date)

12. Request Your Enrolment Allow 7 working days please.

13. Get Course Started! Click Launch to officially start your course! Further information will be introduced in each course. You may change the course language if available.

14. Need to Leave but Haven't Finished? Don’t worry. Click Exit to leave the course, it will remember where you were!

15. Want to Continue the Unfinished Course? Click Launch to go back to where you left last time! Now you can continue from your last visited page.
