Review – 6x6 Rule (and exceptions) **Don’t write this slide** No more than 6 lines per slide Can have less than 6 lines Title does not count as a line No more than 6 words per line Two letter words do not count as words 6x6 in each column

3. Graphics Appropriate to the topic and slide Clip art, imported graphics, company logo Do NOT violate copyright laws Background not distracting and same on each slide 1-2 per slide (some exceptions)

4. Details – text, font, formatting Text & font should be consistent on each slide Text large enough to see from distance - Minimum size 28 Block fonts, no cursive fonts Dark background, use light text Light background, use dark text
