10 Proposed structure and content of the new programme Whole cohort attending on the same dates but split into 2 groups. Half-day sessions for each topic (delivered morning and afternoon by the same presenter) Programme content will be developed by the Programme Delivery Team following approval by the Programme Management Team

11 Placement supervisors Will have a key role in providing workplace support for trainees and tutors Will monitor and report on the quality of workplace training within their geography to the PMC
