2 School social worker tasks: - information and advice about psycho-social problems - to provide assistance/counseling to parents and child - refer to specialized help - support parents en children waiting for specialized help/to bridge the waiting list - consultation for teachers/school - research and reporting on the social and family circumstances of children - parenting support - outreachend work

4 School social work in Horst: (organisation) office hours at school: -Frequency of at least 1 x per month -For parents/children -For teachers/school -No need for an appointment Coaching at school/at the office or at home Alignement with school: pupils discuss to arrive at a common approach; parents/school
