3 Intended Learning Objective (ILO) At the conclusion of this lesson, the students will be able to insert a photo into a Microsoft Word document given a computer, a saved photo, and the Microsoft Word program to insert the photo while making no mistakes using the steps that will be given.

4 Pre-Test Question #1 When inserting a photo into a Microsoft Word Document, the photo: A.MUST be saved in My Documents B.MUST be saved to the Desktop C.Should NOT be saved to the desktop D.Can be saved in almost any folder

7 Step-By-Step Instructional Content 1.Find a picture off of the Internet. Right click it and save it to your desktop. 2.Open a Microsoft Word Document.

8 Step-By-Step Instructional Content 3. At the top menu bar, click the Insert tab. 4. Click on picture (from file).

9 Step-By-Step Instructional Content 5. Select desktop as the folder and click on the picture to be inserted. 6. Click insert.

10 Coaching/Closing Students are to try to insert a photo into a Word document with some help from the instructor, but mainly with the help from other students if need.
