HEATHY EATING Milk and milkshakes are healthy because they contain protein.

Fruits Fruits are extremely good for you. Some help you go to the toilet e.g. prunes and dates. Some are very sour like lemons.

VEGETABLES Vegetable are also very healthy. Here are some of the many vegetables that there are. It is good to have at least 5 a day.

5 A DAY It is recommended that you eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables every day.

Healthy living If you do lots of exercise you will stay healthy. Go to school on your bike or scooter, go swimming or join an after school club.
