How to wear your belt

Check the front of the belt for your number...you need to know your number! Place a small amount of water or gel on fingertips and rub on leads if necessary Place belt against skin near wide point of ribcage (bra line) Elastic should be snug

Trouble? If belt reads connection problems.... Move belt slightly up/down/side Move around more Moisten the leads Check that the belt is against your skin Are you alive? If so, come see me....

The Great Cover Up Object of the game: Guess who you are based on the heart rate on screen Once you think you know, find your "name." If the number on the back matches your belt number, you are right! Bring sign to front, squeeze sqwhistle! See how many we can guess by the end of the song! Help other people...

Roll the Dice Divide into 3 groups You will need a cube, marker, and paper Roll the cube Match your color to the zone As a group, perform exercises to reach that color Once two people have reached the color, write down the exercise that got you there Roll again!

How to play Divide into three groups Roll your die Each group member will run to perimeter to find a card that is the same color as the roll Learn your nutrition fact while in a held plank or push up...turn card over Return to group and hold a push up or plank A partner from your team will return with a fact to share...while holding push up or plank Perform jumping jacks, scissors, until all group is standing again Rolla again!
