It provides fully-searchable details on around 300 channels programmes from June 2001 on, with selected data back to 1995. http://trilt.bufvc.ac.uk

Potential Testers UK HE/FE institutions licensed to record and retain copies of programmes BUFVC members (HE, FE and others) TRILT Steering Committee JISC Education- or media-related organisations (NSA, BFI etc) TRILT team, EDINA staff and BUFVC staff Call for volunteers

Format Qualitative and quantitative data Two tests: –Alpha (six weeks) for functionality –Beta (eight weeks) for content Questionnaire Interviews Quick response/light user tick box

Administration No changes to the database during the test Timing Keeping in touch with testers

Assessment and Responses Response rates –Will not be 100% so ensure that the initial sample is large enough Responding to: –Negative comments –Positive comments –Requests for additional content or functionality
