Residents Parking Scheme BID Clifton Village undertook a survey to understand the impact of the RPS on businesses. This survey has been presented to Bristol City Council. 100% felt it would have a negative impact on businesses throughout the Village. 97% think it will have a negative impact upon their own business. 31% responded to the survey 100% believe parking facilities for visitors is dangerously low (Feedback indicates there will be 35% less opportunity to park in key retail areas) 99% feel the business permit cost is too high (4 x as much as residents permit costs) 91% believe the small number of business permits will be an issue for their business All employers are concerned about their staff with no alternative forms of transport into the Village and no alternative form of parking

BID CLIFTON VILLAGE HAS DELIVERED ON IDENTIFYING ADDED VALUE Over £15,000 has been secured through external sponsorship & funding First Aider Courses made available to all business Defibrillator to be sited in the Village
