Policy Proposal Poposals from mentors are selected A research team (up to 4) and a leader are selected and assigned for the policy Policy draft phase The research team will closely work together with the mentor to draft the policy. 10.  What do we expect from you?  Passion to serve the country.  High level of commitment for policy.  Able to guide work with the team and learn from each other to draft the policy.
