3 Sailor Work Type: Repairing, Stowing and Packing, Handling Cargo, and Lookout and Watching. Salary: $14.00 per hour Work Required: No Certain Education but certification required.

4 Physical Oceanography Work Type: studies the physical anatomy of the ocean Studies wind patterns, tidal patterns Vital to sailors Researches what goes on in the ocean for people’s safety while traveling or just having fun in the water Also works for the safety of marine life

5 Conclusion In conclusion……..  The best marine occupation to pick in monetary terms would be a physical oceanographer.  Some careers involving water transportation don’t require much education.  Careers in this field usually make a modest salary, and job satisfaction is mediocre.
