Last year’s reunion attendance brought almost 5,000 alumni and guests back to campus, breaking an overall attendance record. Our good work with mini-reunions reached almost 8,000 alumni and guests this year, nearly 3,000 more!

Brings classmates together fostering the connections between classmates Over the course of time between reunions In different locals across the country and around the world Is open to all members of a class Can be multi-day “destination” events, single day events, lunches/dinners, or “virtual mini reunions” What is a “Virtual Mini Reunion? A way to engage classmates from around the globe at virtually no cost A way to reach classmates who don’t live near metropolitan areas A chance to get classmates interacting real time An easy way to reach out to your classmates, get updated, and get updated info on them Can be done via Facebook (the most popular), emails, or via the Class website. Or a combination Are a complement to regular mini reunion program

Classmates are asked to report something of interest they are doing on a specific day (e.g. the 79 th day of the year for Class of ’79), submit photos if they wish, perhaps answer a question like “what is your favorite memory from Hanover?” Or “What do you want to see included in our next reunion schedule?” Many classes have had more than 100 classmates participate Classmates can post photos which add to the fun How do I organize/promote a Virtual Mini Reunion?
