Objectives The objectives of this 12-month project are: identify environmentally safe waste materials; including recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) and concrete rubble mix with common fill to improve strength and stiffness evaluate economic impacts and benefits to the state develop construction specifications

4. First Quarter Accomplishments Website prepared Report posted on website and submitted April 1 st to FCSHWM Site Visit to Goodson Paving to collect concrete samples Survey prepared for RAP and Concrete Rubble producers
