Plans Planning Assumptions Eastern winds 10-20 MPH through the day Tonight winds will shift to the northeast for North Florida and the southeast for South Florida Heavy rains expected in South Florida with light rains across the rest of Florida Chance of lighting induced wildland fires throughout the state Florida roads still subject to frequent closure in impacted areas. Driving conditions remain dangerous in the effected areas; driving conditions can change rapidly. Drought effects to continue through immediate future.
