Price Book Levels www.cstoreoffice.com Global Top level Price Book Cannot be edited by users once data is entered Controls: UPC, Size, Manufacturer Account Used to set up price book for group of stores Controls: Item Description, Category, Department, Price/Promo Group Station Used by single store Controls: Retail, Cost, Vendor, Promotion

Cash Register Update Manager www.cstoreoffice.com Cash Register Update Manager populates the register with the most recent data from Price Book. Right clicking on an Item will bring up a menu that allows you to make changes to Retail, Department, Category, etc. Clicking on a Retail Price will bring up an Explanation of Price Explanations Change Group Actions Forbid Change in Price Group Retail Changes History Once satisfied with changes, hit “Accept Changes” Changes will now be sent to CR Current State pane. Also where you can view your Current PLU list
