2 For making apple pie we need:  Flour – 424 g  Water – 212 g  Yeast – 10,6 g  Sugar – 10,6 g  Eggs – 50 g  Margarine – 20 g  Short pastry – 230 g  Stuffing – 300 g

3 Heat the water to 35-40 degrees and pour into a bowl

4 Mix yeast, eggs and sugar in a warm water

6 Mix carefully

7 Add melted margarine

8 Make dough

9 Leave pastry in a warm place for 3-4 hours

10 Peel apples and cut them into slices

11 Add sugar, cinnamon and mix

12 Oil the pan and put the swinging pastry on it

13 Put sliced apples on the pastry

14 Decorate pastry with strips made of short pastry

15 Bit one egg and smear the pie

16 Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees above zero

17 Apple pie is ready. Enjoy our pie!
