For making apple pie we need: Flour – 424 g Water – 212 g Yeast – 10,6 g Sugar – 10,6 g Eggs – 50 g Margarine – 20 g Short pastry – 230 g Stuffing – 300 g

Heat the water to 35-40 degrees and pour into a bowl

Mix yeast, eggs and sugar in a warm water

Mix carefully

Add melted margarine

Make dough

Leave pastry in a warm place for 3-4 hours

Peel apples and cut them into slices

Add sugar, cinnamon and mix

Oil the pan and put the swinging pastry on it

Put sliced apples on the pastry

Decorate pastry with strips made of short pastry

Bit one egg and smear the pie

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees above zero
